Multiple defaults lodged (wrongly) by EE

I have a perfect payment history on all of my financial obligations.
I recently applied for a mortgage to help fund one of my offspring through a four-year research program, but was told by the broker that my credit report excluded me and I was declined.
Horrified, I joined Experian (Premium) and got my full credit report which shows 2 x defaults in the last 8 months, and arrears 5 down to 1 in months 9 through 13 - all lodged by EE.
In 2014, I had a dispute with EE, ultimately I sought arbitration through CISAS and the judgement, in my favour, was delivered in December 2014 (luckily I still have the CISAS final decision email and associated documents)
How can they (EE) lodge, repeatedly, defaults and arrears relating to a dispute which I ultimately won in 2014, on my 2017 Credit Report.
Livid does not begin to describe how I'm feeling, and I want compensation for their errors and the embarrassment and stress their negligent and wrongful behaviour has caused.
Anyone any advice?

Was part of the final decision from CISAS to get EE to remove the defaults from your files?
If a default was lodged in 2014 then it won't be re-adding a new one every month - all the status updates mean that the account still remains in default. A default can only be placed once and begins on the start date as written in your files.
Also, stop paying for your Experian report. The free versions to check your credit files are below:

I didn't check my credit file at the time.
Ruling ordered them to pay me compensation, but I had to settle the final (disputed) bill (which was much less than the compensation.
That was all paid, in full, April 2015
Current credit report (most recent first) shows:
8 ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 8 5 4 3 2 1
This is surely wrong.Like all revolutions, guerrilla goodness begins slowly, with a single act. Let it be yours.

If they haven't fulfilled the judgment in full, start by asking them to do so.
If the dispute shows you did not default on your account, then you're within your rights to tell EE to remove it. If they don't, escalate to the ICO.

The bill was disputed, but ultimately paid in full (out of the compensation) ... how can that be considered a default? and how can they log two further defaults in the last 8 months on my credit file?Like all revolutions, guerrilla goodness begins slowly, with a single act. Let it be yours.

I think you're getting confused somewhere down the line because you can only issue a default once for an account.
Can you take a screenshot of what the status looks like in your credit file please (delete any personal info).I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. If the bill was disputed, then yes you would have incurred late payment markers for the months that you missed the payments, ultimately turning into a default (which is what the image shows).
They haven't logged 2 further defaults, it it just the 1 default. It is the way it is reported.
Take a screenshot from your Noddle account / Experian one as well.
What you need to do now is find out if part of the final decision from CISAS involved getting EE to remove the default from your files.
If it's not part of their decision then ultimately you either need to open a new complaint with them and ask them to tell EE to remove it.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards.
