If you can't, then how are expecting to pay off the cash advances?
From another thread:ive opted for 2yr fix rather than higher svr 3.74,i think
As my ltv has increased rather than decreased after overpayments
At least i have upto 2 yrs to find a place to rent
if for example I was to move year 1,that is only 1k erpcs
then if year 2 few hundred
meanwhile i can enjoy myself whilst only paying 2.49 % 2yrs
Already ordered internal doors to be supplied and fitted Sat 1st July
Then a few months to finish de cluttering and place on market hopefuly q1 or2 2018ATM's will warn of cash fees from credit cards before dispensing cash-in fact often immediatley after inserting a credit card-an extrea click compared to debit card.
I have used cash from credit cards for small amounts though never used the same card until balance was cleaared over a few payments, a sort of emergancy cash debit, not often and for a sensible reason at that time.
Forgot to add there are cards that allow cash withdrawels at a reasonable fee/rate-Tesco bank is1 though I've never neede to use that fo cash.
OP since this isn't your first time withdrawing cash from a credit card, then clearly you need a budget. There should be no such thing as emergencies - because you'll already have a fund for it.
Have a look at this:https://www.youneedabudget.com/
And then perhaps post up a statement of affairs over on the DFW Boards.

thanks all
alow me to attempt to clarify without going into personal health details
Lots of excellent advice via mser's some of which I expected.
budget response1st - budget since 2012 has been excellent for priority bills-see sig
Having recently accepeted reduced hours/salary due to health I cant manage to save an emergancy fund
Internal doors I would have thought in my 1 bedroom flat would have been reasonably simple for any purchases to arrange thermselves
I had at least 3 valuations over winter- advised to put on market once doors are replaced unfortantely most are glass and in very poor condition honestly replacing them makes sense
My quote is from a reputable firm 65 each door supplied and fitted whilst removing old doors- excellent considering i'm top floor in a flat roofed property
Whilst my health deteriotes which has been my priority past few years and future years
I didnt want to let another year pass knowing my flat is unmarketable
