    Morning -just!
Dashing past to say hello, and ((hugs)) to Dancemum.

Off to get haircut, then will pop in to Mr S on the way home. I have a short list...

Went for a jog this morning. It was certainly not stupid hot like last week, but was still very sticky. I imagine the slugs are having a field day out in the garden. Beds changed and remade, DD's room quickly vacuumed. WM running but taking forever. At this rate it won't be finished before I have to head out.
    Have good days everyone.
  • Hello all,

Can I have a massive kick up the bum please? Today I have walked the dog (soaked to the skin) and done a bit of ironing. Go me :).
Now there is only one hour and five minute before I pick up from school.
I'm going to do as much as possible, a one hour and five minute challenge!
Ps ATB sorry you are having bother with a non payer again, pm me if you need to (don't text as I dropped my phone down the bog at the weekend and still haven't sorted a new one!)

    Right, off I go x

I have a new pink bowl and washing basket from my trip this morning :)

    Stupidly stupid busy day.

Spent three hours on phone to tax credits (across 3 separate calls) - they've spectacularly messed up. Still didn't get a satisfactory resolution and letter is being sent by recorded delivery tomorrow.

However........ decided at 3am this morning that I was utterly sick of people messing us around when it comes to payment of invoices. Sent super stroppy email at 7:30, and rung every hour to chase payment. It's arrived in our bank account at 5pm :j:j

Have developed a stinker of a cold so taking it easy and going to bed shortly. Big hugs all round x

Had a lovely morning with DD at forest school, made leaf prints and cooked elderflower fritters.

Put away the monster mountain of washing up, and smaller pile of dry washing.
Emptied the living room bin and watered the plants.
Read the meters and sent reading to energy company.
Changed DD bed and found more bin bags for the nappy bin under the sink in the kitchen.
  • Today I have put all washing away, stripped and remade all the beds. Half the sheets are washed, the other half can wait for tomorrow. Bathroom towels were also washed (thank god for the td as it rained all day!). Drs room is clean and clutter free. Ds's room will wait for another day.

Also sorted through our medicine cabinet and got rid of anything ood or open too long. Far too much went in the bin!

    Morning all.

    Well done ATB.

Going to get dressed, walk the dogs (it's not raining this morning), dust the bedroom and then look at the list. Might also hoover right through.

Possibly a bit optimistic? No....I did the bathroom yesterday so it's just the downstairs loo today.

    Have a great day everyone.

Wide awake at 5.30am, went for a run, picked DS2 up from Prom after party, tidied around and scrubbed the bath and shower while I was in it. Going to be a long day, both paid stuff then hospital appointment tonight with Dad again (3 this week).

Could you please send job application success vibes for DS1? He has at last found and applied for a job he really wants to do, but I suspect there will be stiff competition and the odds are against him. He so deserves this chance though.

Got to run, have a good Thursday everyone x
