Accident on left turn

Having now seen the diagram, I would say the other driver is at fault, if as you say you were already turning in to junction when the other car effectively tried to overtake0

Regardless of the other car coming past you (probably a little impatient and didn't pause to think about why you weren't moving - just assumed stationary in a silly place), how have you managed to move away and not been aware of a car coming across in front of you?
Yet again an accident that could have and should have been easily avoided, even if the third party perhaps bears the bulk of the blame.0 -
Didn't you use your wing mirror and/or look over you right shoulder before moving off??"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

I think you're lying. You parked too close to the junction. Instead of driving onto the main carriageway and turning left properly, you just carried on driving half on the pavement / half on the road intending to turn left. You failed to see the properly proceeding third party who was indicating to turn left and drove into the side of her vehicle.0

Yes and mowed down a bunch of school kids driving on that pavement and now I'm looking for an advice on fake story while on the run from the police Got me, well done you 0
