I saw her on my side wouldn't see in a mirror as she was door to door to me, but yes I believe she thought I was parked in the middle of the junction. Worth to say as well that there were no cars directly behind me, so for me if she was turning left should stop behind me on the left lane. I was already moving When she turned

So you saw her on your side but continued the maneuver?

This is the pic of my bumper, unfortunately don't have pictures of her damage but it's not dented, or scratched, just the paint tranfer on the door

Yes I didn't see her indicating and it was obvious for me she was going straignt like other cars, which wouldn't make a problem, couldn't really predict she will turn in front of me from the right edge of the road?

Could you see her actual indicators? If not you shouldn't have continued, and really if she is close enough for their to be a collision the sensible thing to do would be to wait for her to pass, but obviously hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Draw diagram. Take photo. Upload to site using photo hosting site such as tinypic.
Or link to google maps/streetview would be better than nothing.

this is a very basic version but all I could do now. Please note I was not getting close to the junction, was already on it with front of the car turned onto the road on the left. There were cars passing me by on the right both ways as you can imagine earlier didn't think one of them will turn in front of me.

I'm quite sure she hit me, posted a broken link few posts above of a damage on my car if someone could get it working would be thankful. It's right corner of my bumper and her left side door.
I was indicating left since I moved from where I was parked before, and was already at the junction with the front of my car turned onto the road on the left.

Id say the other driver was more at fault than the OP, but with better observation the OP could have avoided a collision.

I'd guess this would go 50:50 most times.
