    D4mn.

Irribrat has appeared with 2 'never seen before' playmates ... and called upon NewGirl.

Four irritants in close proximity.... all four doing things they shouldn't be doing, where they shouldn't be doing it. One knows and "does what she likes" the other three don't know, so are just "doing what they like".

    :(

Never buy a house without a gun turret.

Maybe they won't keep it up for long in this wind. Ah - it just started raining a tiny tiny bit. :)
    You know cattle grids?

Could someone invent a children grid, perhaps?

    Pastures, I do sympathise.

My local buses used to be straightforward.
    With maps you could understand.

Then they changed them all....... new numbers given across the board, (why?), complex routes, and maps that were very difficult to decipher.

My local buses are a doddle to understand - there aren't any

Anyone care to say what's wrong with this sign?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

The Welsh part says "I am not in the office at the moment. Send any work to be translated".

The signmakers sent the text for translation and thought that the out-of-office reply that came back was the translation.

There is water falling from the sky around here. Have any NP come across this phenomenon?
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Yep......had loads of the strange stuff last night........ streams of it.

Plus today there was a bit of a shortlived sprinkling.

Tomorrow's forecast, though, indicates that I should have been building myself an ark these last few weeks.

It feels like we've had quite a lot over the last 24 hours - but, according to my rain gauge, we've only had about ¼".

Perhaps she nearly got herself run over on that road, and the police were called?
