Don't know about the eating, but she posted in DT about 7 minutes ago so she's definitely still alive.

Walk out in the forest the next day.
I have photos as proof, but site to upload them's messing about.
I've been eating, but had nothing to say really. Mostly still chomping through boring December food .... still got Xmas spuds and a parsnip and a celery....0 -

It's finding the bugg4hs that's hard
If somebody on your tree doesn't live/marry/die in the same village before 1911 .... you can lose them and have little chance of ever finding them.
When somebody moves away, and you've no clues .... you can pull up a list of "everybody that died with that name since 19xx" but when you get 400 results you sigh ... then you discount all those whose ages are entirely wrong .... then you go through all the newspapers to find the deaths of all those who are on the shorter list - and you still end up with 20-30 it "could be" - and what if they ended up being buried as "stranger found on the road" ... or went abroad and died.
My main disappearing act was last known of as "wrote from abroad in 1935" ... and I know he returned to these shores, but could then have gone abroad again to die, or died anywhere in England or Scotland, any year from 1935 to 1985.0 -
