I read on another forum yesterday about three children playing on their own in a crowded hotel lounge bar, running around, chasing each other, doing cartwheels, that sort of thing. Then their parents arrived; the father handed each child a Nerf gun and both parents watched benignly while their darling offspring had a Nerf battle. In a hotel lounge bar full of other guests.

I moved jobs earlier this year. I so don't miss the busker, who I then saw in St Albans on the front page of the Herts Ad and it was the same one, albeit in a different town to where I worked.

And if anyone is reading the NPT thinking "accordions, not that bad", they aren't just accordions, they are amplified accordions:eek:, and the repertoire is extremely limited.

Am I coldhearted for hoping that an unexpected result of extending universal credit to the self employed will be he'll take up fork lift truck driving or some other pastime not outside my window?
