I wrote to Lloyds & Wescot to dispute this and they have completely dismissed the default dated 2011
the 2011 letter doesn't mean it was defaulted then, it was a threat to default, was the 2011 date ever on your file?0 -
Thanks Candy apple I will try again as I have maintained regular payments as per my agreement with Lloyds & Stepchange since 2009 and not missed any payments since 20090

Out of interest, given that you've been in a DMP since 2009, why was your Lloyds account defaulted back then?
What reason have they given you why they did it 2 years later, or even 4 years if they're going by 2013 date?I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. They have not explained this, but the default notice dated 2011 is standard in that I failed to make the amount in accordance with clause 2,1 of the terms & condtions and arrears of £83.03 remain outstanding0

What does the Lloyds account status show as on your credit files from 2011 to 2013? Is it is a bunch of '8' or 'D' ?I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. on the file it says BB or AA in 2011 stating payments were a variety of 2 months late or three months etc, and then D from April 2012, my other account with Lloyds is saying defaulted 20130

What does it show as on your Experian file?
What does it show as on your Equifax file?
What does it show as on your Call Credit file?
What do you mean 'other account with Lloyds'? I thought we were only talking about the one account?I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards.
