Have you paid off more than a third of the car finance? Do you know if VW Finance have a court order allowing them to repossess the car?

You still haven't answered these questions.

I don't know which part of "I was unaware" there was a problem people don't understand. I checked my online banking and each month the money came out. I was unaware that my designated person looking after my finances was paying it via bank transfer rather than direct debit. It seems as because it was not paid on the due date that they tried to contact me which they obviously couldn't. The system had not updated to show the payment had been made and as such it have been issued with a default. This is now under investigation by vw and I have been given an extension till end of month to pay the balance. So for all you jealous !!!!!!s out there 🖕, I honestly thought people on here would try to help but it seems that all people want to do is judge and laugh at other people's misfortunes, yes people do make mistakes and no matter what my salary is what I do with it is nobody's business but mine. So it's gonna be a happy ending after all but not through any help off anyone here 😀😀😀😀

Wife or Fianc!, which is it?

Also, as stated, how was the repossession notice issued and do they have authorisation from the courts?

If that's the case, then your whole original post blaming the timing of your wages being paid in causing the payment to be taken late is irrelevant.

So were you making manual payments from the start (Feb 2016) or were you paying by DD?

You might wanna wind your neck in, no-one's jealous of you and I can't see anywhere where people have been rude to you.

You still haven't dealt with your credit files. If VW have been reporting your account as in arrears for a long time, your credit history will be trashed.

If anyone has an issue with this salary then I would invite them to work 84 hours a week for 8 months straight without any time at home!

Invitation accepted - When do i start ?
