I doubt he'll blame it on his health though. He's managed to avoid that nasty Brexit flu she had too.0 -
May gone by the end of Sept 2017, new leader takes over without GE.Although she's on thin ice (as I voted), getting rid of her is still a very big thing. It would have meant two leaders in a row resigning, at a time when Labour are perhaps gaining more stability (though I have my doubts now Abbott as back as shadow Home Secretary). It's hardly the same thing. "what's the point of the prime minister" is a rather flippant and very aggressive question. Someone not being able to answer a sensible question about their own policy is a different matter. I think Boris is a twit, but Abbott is now unfit for any office."Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance" - Confucius0 -

As much as I'd like that to be true, that's nonsense. Older Tories may well be dying off, but lots of people change from Labour to Tory as they get older to counter this, otherwise they'd be no Tory supporters by now. He really must be losing it if he doesn't realise that!'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).

Haha, big fan of Heseltine now are you? Hang on his every word do ya? You know I never would have put you down as a big Heseltine fan but perhaps I should put you up in my estimation. I guess you're just a shy Tory.
Heseltine is a hopeless old fool but he's miles better than the likes of Corbyn & McDonnell so if you've started listening to him instead it's a big step in the proper direction for you :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Exactly correct & something most Corbyn fans don't realise. They think those students who are keen on him this year because they don't want to pay tuition fees will be just as keen on him when they've paid theirs & he's proposing that the next lot get them free.
The Tories horrible manifesto gave Corbyn an open goal & his attempt on it was basically this:

It's not just students, that YouGov poll showed that the only demographic that was predominantly Tory was the pensioners.
Sure, some people will move more conservative as they age, but are they doing that quickly enough to offset the pensioners?0 -

There are a new bunch of pensioners every year too......
