Vodafone - unknown linked address

Hi all,

i have been checking my credit report and while its pretty low, i have noticed a linked address to somewhere in Edinburgh i have never even heard of!

Noddle have been quite good in asking vodafone to investigate and remove but they have declined and noddle them selves have said i need to contact them directly..

where do i start? who do i contact, is there an email address for this specific team that can deal with as Vodafone CS will be painful for such a complicated issue.

Yes they do still post here, just click the "Vodfone" username and you see the last time they were on.

When you click the username it gives you instructions on how to submit a request for help.

Contact VF first to give them a chance to sort it out.

While your at it have you checked Experian (mse clubor Experian themselves) and Equifax (go to clearscore) report the same ?
