but I thought I would leave my experiences about LEI , and what I think of the whole legal system.

I am past this and won't bother going to court again.
Oh, I dunno. I'd say it came up with the right result based on the evidence.

You're a typical losing Claimant. Blaming everyone but yourself for losing the case.

This is an example of a bias .

    Claimant Blaming everyone.

The judge had his own biases .

No, I didn't. I said the laws of physics. Big difference.

That's just one of the many glaring holes in your evidence, yes.

Are you saying "that my car mirror clipping her car mirror ,as my car passes her stationery car , should send my car mirror flying 10 yards ahead?"Would it not be the opposite direction?.
Both sides agreed in court ,that it went 10 yards ahead.

    Adrian

If my car was travelling at speed , if it knocked her mirror , her mirror would fly 10 yards ahead. My mirror would go backward direction or fly behind.

Why would it end up 10 yards ahead?

Wrong. You've got +1 going forwards, your car, and 0, the stationary car. There is only forward motion. Where does the backwards motion come from? The wingmirrors are not bouncy balls being thrown at each other.

If the stationery mirror is in front , it blocks the mirror in motion that is charging at it (if it has clipped it) , as there is a substantial impact. It would either stop and fall or push back the parked mirror. It can push mirror in motion backwards , as in parked position.

Would like to close subject soon.
