Maybe worth calling them up. I called them early on when applying, they were helpful on the phone to confirm to me I did apply with a correct referral link0

Fineco bonuses claimed yesterday are in accounts.:j
Problem Tryin mentioned, referred persons have found they have not been paid despite claiming joining/referred bonus, Issue I raised has been passed to claims/complaints together with screenshots of names that have had bonuses claimed.0 -
Has anyone received an email recently from Fineco with subject '13 currencies, same account details'. Says we need to activate. So, when I login and go to Home page > Account Management > Managing Services > Trading and investments > Multicurrency to activate it, it says the service is already subscribed.0

with regards to your email related to the promotion, please be
advised that the maximum number of guests, for which we can pay a
bonus in one year, is 20 according to our policy. You have already
been paid 17 guests.
Fineco will be able to release a bonus for 3 more guests only, but
these other 3 rewards will need to be forced manually due to a limit
of our system. However we confirm that these rewards will be
credited to your account by the end of November.
What " a limit of our system" is suppossed to mean, I have no idea. But more worrying is their limit of 20 people. As far as I can see, this did not appear in the terms and conditions. What right do they have to make 'policies' without telling us? I actually spoke to customer service while the offer was on, and and asked them is there a limit on the number of people I can refer. I was told that there is no limit. Anyone else have this?0 -
Your bonus gets credited into your Fineco account. From there, you can pay it to any account you like but beware of SEPA charges levied by the receiving bank. Nationwide should be ok, but to be totally on the safe said, just make a cash withdrawal at an ATM.
I can confirm that when I moved money from Fineco to my Nationwide account, there was no fee. It did take a few days to arrive.0 -
Hi BLfan,
Can you pl explain more?
The funds would arrive at the ?Italian fineco bank in euros. Is it easy to remit back to UK without conversion or other charge/s?
Thanks0 -
I got this email from Fineco, after sending them the names of 5 people who I didn't get the bonus for:

Very interesting reply, I thought that I read somewhere that their was no limit, someone else I would have thought would have referred more than we have, not seen any other disappointed referred friends post to say didnt get referral bonus.
Reply I had was that I had claimed the bonuses , when I replied with screenshot showing who I had claimed bonuses for was passed to complaints/claims, not heard any more, nore AFAIK has someone I referred who was chasing it.0 -

2017 T+C which I got googling for maximum 20 per year did state such a limit, surely was missed out from 2018 and 2019 T+C for a reason, will point that out when I get a reply

What about WorldRemit? It's supposed to pay £50 for a first xfer of £200+. I have just done that one, £200+, E/R 1.14864 plus a £2.99 fee. It's supposed to pay £50 cashback but has only tracked with £15 for some reason so far. I am sure they'll adjust that to £50 eventually. WorldRemit tracking says the money is with the recipient bank (DKB in my case) though it doesn't show there yet, and I don't expect it will show for a few days yet as they are in the dark ages when it comes to Faster Payments.
