I had pop-up windows when I logged in. It's in the Banking area. It takes a day or two for the bonus money to appear in your account after you accepted the T&Cs for it.0

No idea what's going wrong for you there. I claimed for some referrals only this morning, no probs. As I said, it takes a couple of days for the money to actually arrive.
If it doesn't work for you, you would probably have to contact Fineco and ask.0 -
I used to bank with Natwest and now with Nationwide. I connected my old bank account (Natwest) to Fineco. If I try to claim the bonus, will they realise I don't bank with Nationwide and then the money gets sent to Nationwide automatically?
If not, do you know how to change the bank Fineco links to?0 -
Just logged in to claim my bonus and it's asking for a PIN, I don't remember setting one up, tried the usual suspects and it's not telling me it is wrong but just resetting the "claim bonus" page.
I tried the "forgot your pin" link and it should have sent a text message to me (last few digits of phone number shown are correct and I have previously received texts from fineco) but nothing coming through.
Is anyone else having similar issues?0 -

I logged on now, and I am missing the bonus for 2 people who I recommended. (It does have other people who I referred). Does anyone else have this problem?
At some point during the period of the offer, they removed all the details from the main website, but it was still appearing in the client area of my account. I think the people who are missing might be those who applied after it was removed. Anyone else had this problem?0 -

Bonus for NONQUALIFICATO
£100 cash pay directly into your current account
The "NONQUALIFICATO" is where the recommender's name should be... Seems I don't qualify, even though the person who opened the account did get his bonus. how is this possible? Anyone else have this?0 -

Only guessing that for whatever reason Fineco dont know who to allocate referring bonus to, I have two who have bonuses to claim, are clear that they used my link, I didnt have a bonus to claim in respect of them.Will be chasing it up.
