problem with car bought few days ago

    they sold the car to me, when I went back they should at least have had a look, a car salesman should be able to say if the clutch is stiff or not!

    It was their lack of interest and poor after sales service that pushed me to get back my money and not a repair.

    Sorry, I wasn't too clear, I was refunded the full amount, including the value of my part exchange.

    That's good news, well done.
    Now do please be more careful with your next purchase. Have a proper long test drive. Explain to anyone selling a car that they can't expect you to part with five thousand pounds on the strength of 10 minutes round the block, think how long it takes you to earn that sum of money.

    I would expect to be able to spend at least 30 minutes driving the vehicle, and probably nearly as long negotiating the right price !
    I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say. :)
