Avro Elec and Gas

I have just finished a year with Avro fixed duel fuel and upset because I have ended up almost £300 in credit . So far have asked for it back 3 times but not received it yet.
I have renewed, thinking now I was foolish, they have put DD payment up and also my usage even though they know my last years.
So even If I get my present credit back it will be a lot higher in a years time.

Are they dishonest or just inefficient?

They are penalty free to leave so that's good but I'm frightened I will loose my credit.

Are all these companies that have no charge to leave as bad?

But have you

* written to them requesting a refund for the credit?
* looked up their complaints procedure and followed it?
* instructed them to reduce your DD payments?

If all that fails, go to the ombudsman.

Oh - and why on earth are you still with them if you're not happy?

Why am I posting after doing what you suggest is in my last line

Have looked at your Link and reposted, thanks.
When I wanted to do the first try I clicked on Forums at top right and it gave me two choices Water and LPG etc. maybe the lists on Forums needs making clearer.
Lets hope the Moderator cleans my posting up.

They won't. There's minimul monitoring other than when people directly contact the mods (eg complaints about abusive language)

Just move on....
