    Ok thanks m8.

Another quick question. For the last cashback we have to send the 12th monthly bill. And we have to phone 3 up a month before that to cancel the contract. Will this mean we have to pay an extra months line rental at £30?

You actually receive your 12th bill at the beginning of your 12th month, as you pay line rental 1 month in advance.

If you think back to when you bought your phone, you received your first bill about a week later and not a month later, because '3' bill you for line rental one month in advance.

So ring up '3' a month before your year is up to cancel it, this won't affect your 12th bill, as you'll be paying the line rental for the 12th month anyway.

I rang them a few weeks ago after I'd failed to receive £90 cashback. They claimed they'd 'tried' to credit my account a few days earlier without success. They took my card details again, and I got my money within a few days.

I wonder if they accept your Invoice in PDF format by email, as Orangle allows you to download bills in PDF format?

many cashbacks from e2save are paid onto a credit card - with a number of credit card providers issuing new numbers due to chip & pin - wonder if this might cause a problem

( I faxed my last lot - had to chase, but got it)

Does anyone remember/know what the first cashback installment should be for the free line rental offer? I'm thinking probably 3 months at £15 and 3 at £30 and the second payment be 6 months at £30? Or they could send it a 50/50 split...
