OLD HSBC Bank Account

So Yesterday Morning I run HSBC Up asking if I could order a copy of every statement printed/produced for my Old Bank account/Cash ISA (Still Open) in few envelops as possible... Just wanted a neat copy and a recored of what I spend over the years..

the lady (Didn't speak very good english) told me it can be done & there is a charge and the statements will take up to 40 days to arrive as will take awhile to print them I gave her the details of an account I wanted charged and she told me it's been sorted...

So dose it really take 40 days for them to arrive? or will it be quicker?

Will the charge be £10? as not showing up on account I wanted charged and she didn't tell me the charge at all

Just log on to HSBC's online banking and you can print statements for as far back as 6 years.

It's an old account so couldn't go online to get the statements...

It took about 30 seconds on Google (have you ever heard of Google?)...

I know the charge is £10 but she didn't tell me what it cost so could of charged me anything & it not showing on my account I wanted charged will probably show on there tomorrow

In the time you've taken to post here you could have got the information on cost direct from HSBC, as I have just done via live chat.

Assuming account was closed less than 6 years ago, cost is £1 per statement, up to max £10. As I didn't want to waste any more of the agent's time, I didn't ask about costs for accounts closed longer than 6 years ago.

Couldn't understand her well but she got my request sorted

I got my Statements today but they are printouts from online and
Came in 2 A4 envelops

Is there anyway I can get them like original Statements you get in the post? With the words duplicate on them??

I am gonna ring them tomorrow & complain
