    I too met a lady who sells those bibs almond they looked really good and i would have used them with my ds if they were around then, they were really thick. there are tons on ebay they are called bandana dry bibs she sold hers for £3 or 4 for £10

    well been and got fabric using toweling for backing and ready to go and stitch so will let you know how i get on

    well here are some pics of the ribbons i bought. thought it best i didn't show the whole lot or else you'd be here all night.

    Most range from 50 cents to a couple dollars. total cost of all these plus the same again, plus 4 pink teddies, a couple smaller neutral ones, 4 pairs bootees, eyes for my monkeys,12 small straw boater hats( for monkeys)etc. was around $34.
