    Hi Bexster

Lay Towel face down on bed with "picture" point nearest to you, (Diamond shape)
Bring top point down to where picture starts (level with the thicker picture bit)
You have now got a triangle. Start folding down from straight top edge to bottom. Turn over and you should have the picture bit of towel in the middle.
Wrap around cake and fasten one end under the other at back. I hold with a pin untill I get the ribbon on.

You might have to try folding a few times to get the right height.

CandyB - Wish I could get hold of those brush & comb sets. Been to every Savers roundabout and they don't sell them. How much are they and are they completely plain - no pictures? Saw the ones on ebay which look similar but by time you have paid postage, they end up quite dear!

Our Savers used to stock them but now don't! The cheapest around here is £1.50  I need to look around still as I used to get mine from savers!

Wouldn't it be great on here if we could have a "non profit" making warehouse where we can all get stock from whether they sell it in our part of the country or not! :j

Mind You, I suppose if we did that then there wouldn't be any variety so maybe not such a good idea!

Ignore me girls - just thinking aloud!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

There would always be variety, as we always put our own touches on them, you tie ribbon to one side I don't, Becs uses different teddies, Bella uses wired ribbon in funky colours, Julie uses flowers etc etc so they would always be different. I think a lot of us still all use the same stock etc :D but I haven't seen any cakes which look identical yet!

Sometimes The Bathstore have rubber ducks, fish etc dotting about that they give away... you could take a child in and pretend to be interested in buying a bath and get you child to pick up the toys for you: that would be free!!

Hiya - just a really quick post as in a mad rush - manic couple of days as my car failed its MOT on Tues!!! ARRRGGGGH!!! so have been back and forth to the garage like a yo-yo!! Just been to pick it up - have been on 3 buses today!!! what with that & having to go up the hospital!!!

Anyways just wanted to say that I found some brush & comb sets in Tescos - they are white with sort of mint green on handles but when you slot them into the tiers you only see the white iyswim - proper price is £1.46 but a couple of weeks ago they were reduced to £0.36p!!! I only found this out after I looked at my receipt and it had gone thru at 0.36p - promptly zoooomed back there next day but no stock!! Then last week I was in there and they had loads & SEL said 0.36p so I snaffled (is that a word? :rotfl:em up!!) only thing was then when they were put thru the till it went thru at £1.46!! so off I went to Customer Services who checked the SEL and said yes they should be 0.36p so then I was due a refund of £5.50 but because apparently if they make a mistake they double it!! So got a refund of £11.00!!! so got them all free!!! plus it mean't a couple of the soft toys were free too!!

Sooooo sorry for the waffling!!! LOL!! Can you tell I've been stuck at home with no-one to talk to? so glad I've got my car back!! Haven't been idle though - spent the last couple of days sorting thru all my 'stock' sorting out storage for it all and making sure I've got an up to date spreadsheet with everything I've bought!! Its soooo scarey I really need customers!! :rotfl:please don't let me spend anymore.... HELP!! I need HELP!! really I do!!:rotfl:

just editing as laughing at myself - start off the post saying 'just a quick post' and then waffle waffle waffle... haha!
