Becs- love your bathtime cake.
JulieH - your sock cakes look great, love all the colours. How do you manage to roll them so neatly?
Cookiedough38 - your cakes look great, I hope your Fayre goes well.
I took a trip to Tesco looking for the yellow duck towels, but was unsuccessful. I managed to get blue ones though and just happen to have some lions to match for the top.
Ladies how do you manage to do a really cheap but decent cake if you know what I mean? I am having to pay around £4 for a blanket, just got the cheap set of clothes from Matalan for £3, nappies around £3/£4, really struggling to get cheap toys just now so probably having to pay around £5 for a toy. By the time I decorate and wrap up it is costing around £17 ish and that is without anything else. If it is costing me around that mark what should I be charging for it?
Thanks0 -

My bow maker arrived this morning
... the instructions look really complicated :rotfl: so I will just fiddle and play!
Rusty, they do look complicated at first glimpse, but once you've mastered your first bow it does become easier and easier.
I had great "fun" getting the dowels out the side. Had to do a "cricket bowling " motion to get them out!! :rotfl:"There are no pockets in a shroud..."0 -
