    Hi everyone

Been admiring all your fab cakes!

I am starting up my own baby gifts webshop mainly aimed at my local area (Lincolnshire).

What do you think of my cakes? Trying to do something a bit different from the norm!

I'm gutted but my local HB is running very low on blankets again!!! Who is buying them all apart from me????? There were loads on the shelves couple of weeks back only about 5 left now my Nan told me xx

Are they the bobbly ones?? Mine has loads! although occasionally they dissapear then come back again! ... I am struggling to find the primark ones always out of stock so need to rethink as I hate using just plain fleece ones!

Yes those and the plain fleece. I usually stockpile them but as I've had so many orders this month I'm running really really low so I need to buy more quickly before they all sell out.

  • Hi not been on this board for ages it all was a bit to much for me to read and see pics as i have just lost twins. I thought as my nappy cakes haven't done well i would have at least some bottoms of my own to put them in but it wasn't to be. I have loads of stock and made up cakes that are just sitting in the spare room that i need to sell.

Browsing the interent for craft fairs i have found a lady very close to me also doing nappy cakes and she is going to every craft fair with a 30 mile radius:rolleyes: her prices are dearer than mine and i couldn't even sell one so i don't know how she does it. /i was charging £20 for a 3 tier and she sells 2 tiers for £23

I did a fair before xmas took about £40- £10 for the stall so £30 on other bits and bobs but didn't sell any cakes.

I would love a little website but haven't a clue how to start hubby at uni so he hasn't really got time to help me.

Have you got a Matalan? They have blue ones and pink similar to the pink I have used.

I love the bobbly ones but don't have a HB here.
