Homeowner insurance - being petty after I drilled into the wire.

Maybe the guy you refer to as a moron, doesn't want to get involved in supplying you with a new drill, considering the damage you supposedly caused when you "played around" with the one you already had?
Just a thought . . .

Yeah everyone is like you're so lucky they are even letting you keep items just because their plug fuses had blown.:(
Everyone is more like "stop being such a prat and grow up as you're getting 22k for sheer negligence"It's about him being unfriendly and moronic, he owes he hasn't done anything for me, he can just replace the drill but now I am going to make sure I get an apology letter from this guy and get my drill fixed.:(
If this is real, you're the guy everyone in the office has a chuckle at. "Yeh guys, he just asked me for an apology letter and to repair his £25 drill".0 -
I do like how your thread is titled "Homeowner insurance - being petty after I drilled into the wire" however you don't specify *who* is the petty one ...
... well played.0 -
The insurance company might be concerned that they could be held liable for his next disaster if they supplied OP with another drill. :rotfl:"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

I've been doing this for year, I am not even going to bother addressing some of the doubters, my qualifications speak for themselves. Me and the guy have settled this, he isn't going to pay for the drill, I spoke his his manager and she said we will not deduct an access fee, which was of 150 quid. So I am sorted. I'm not robbing anyone or stealing from anyone, I paid for this kind of stuff. there are pictures, etc. I just don't want myself to be violated.0
