    I'm really sorry folks but I've abandoned you for most of the month.My spending has been really out of control but it's got to stop.My savings are rapidly dwindling.It's like I don't care any more.I'm a bit depressed I think.At least I'm not in debt.

    I've posted the July challenge and will try and update the June challenge today or tomorrow.

    I only achieved 4 NSDs in June but at least I didn't get into debt, so all's well that ends well.
