    The owners of the stables should be clearing up the poo - not the flaming council!!

    I thought real gardeners couldn't get enough of the stuff.

    Well, if you lived in Teresa May's constituency it wouldn't be a problem. Not from any particular competency by Windsor and Maidenhead council (and definitely not on the part of May) but due the innumerable kites that swoop down on any carrion in the gardens. Aged parent had a dead mouse on the patio, went to get the gloves and on return it was gone. Sorted.

    The long term solution would be to support reintroduction of red kites in your area. Horse manure will be taken by the gardeners.
