As i was recently declined to purchase a new p.c. Via v1 finance.

Is there any other p.c./tech finance companies that maybe more lenient in my later dmp years.

Amazing how I can purchase a 10k car, have multiple credit cards with smal balances yet I cant be accepeted to purchase a new p.c. (700-1300 approx)

I don't excpect any thanks for this request, only genuine providers if such a thing exists nowadays.

Tempted to purchase via a card though I would have to seriouslly lower my spec as I need a new system and monitor/o/s etc.

Was looking at i5 or i7 and Nvidia gtx 1050/1060/1070 (1080 is above what i'm prepared to pay)

If you have a 10k car on credit and multiple credit card debts, do you really need to spend as much as £1300 on a PC, plus hundreds of pounds in interest?

Your point is valid, though I was asking if there are any alternative finance techy providers.

There are other options,Ive certainly not rushed into a purchase at this time.

I went macbook for a few years and since considering returning to p.c. gaming for next few years.

Its not the techy company where the problem lies, its the finance company they use.

Your credit file will have another entry saying you applied for credit. So the next company you try will see all your credit and the latest search.

Each extra entry will reduce your chance of getting finance.

They give you finance on a car because they can trace it and get it back. A computer will just vanish.

You could be going to lenders who have high interest rates and aggressive collection practices.

One of those places like Brighthouse may do something - they do specialise in giving credit to people who wouldn't normally get it - but at a price. But my business, I know, but I would urge you to reconsider as it seems you're spending more than you're earning, and will compound that with punitive interest. Just a thought, but how about putting off the gaming PC for 6 months until you've saved up enough to buy it, peripherals, games, etc? You could use the time you'd spend gaming over this summer to take a second job so you save faster for it? Sorry, none of my business, but if I met you in the pub I'd suggest the same and it's offered in good faith

I concur with others here, there are plenty of high performance PC's that could be bought for way less, if you want to save money in line with goal of this site.
