Where can I get a flight for £30

The ad on the tele says I can fly for as little as £30. I live in South Wales. I also dont have a passport so I would be required to remain within the UK mainland. Thats a personal requirement aswell. So what £30 flights are available from Cardif? Whats the routes? Assumng none available from Cardif (most likely!) what…
