Where can I get a flight for £30

The ad on the tele says I can fly for as little as £30. I live in South Wales. I also dont have a passport so I would be required to remain within the UK mainland. Thats a personal requirement aswell.

So what £30 flights are available from Cardif? Whats the routes?

Assumng none available from Cardif (most likely!) what other solely British flights are available for £30?

I'd love to pop up to Glen Coe for £30. Last time I went to Glen Coe (I live near Cardif) I clocked well over 1500 miles on my motorbike alround (obviously touring involved, a flight would be direct). My bike also gets 10 miles per liter. Work that out! Definitely more than £30 tho!
Sometimes my advice may not be great, but I'm not perfect and I do try my best. Please take this into account.

Flying from Cardiff, remember to thank UK tax payers (which of course may include yourself) for subsiding your cheap flight

    What ad?
    Which airline?

Even though you are not intending to leave the UK, all airlines require id.
Best to check what the 'tele ad' airline require.

As the OP rides a motorbike, I assume they've got a driving licence, which should be sufficient as I.D. for most airlines flying internally/Republic of Ireland.

I don't think the OP is referring to Monarch. They do have flights from £29 one way but they do not fly from Cardiff and they don't list any domestic UK flights

    I'm obviously missing something here.

Cardiff airport has one, if not the most, expensive landing fees in the country - why do you think Ryanair/ Easyjet doesn't operate from there?

Probably because they've identified the South Wales market as quite limited and they can make far more money with the aircraft elsewhere (look at easyJet's huge Bristol operation). And Ryanair do fly fly from Cardiff.

Landing fees are smoke and mirrors. Yes an airport publish a landing fee. Which you pay if you turn up and land. But airlines flying there regularly won't pay anything like the published rate. They'll make a deal with the airport. Like hotel rooms and rack rates...
