Late post for me a I've only just finished work, however, if I'd known gin and cake was on offer, I'd have been over sooner :rotfl:

Busy, crazy day, however, did have a nice drive in the sunshine to a client meeting today which made a change ;) also, wasn't tempted when I stopped at an old haunt of mine (shopping centre) I splashed out on 2 toothbrushes (on offer) and some reduced shampoo for 25p - which I used my advantage points on :rotfl: I have also:

    Meals from stores
Watered potatoes and tomatoes and other seedlings
Checked banking (bleurgh.....) hang on until Friday
Load of washing out and dried
Used a WM cleaner that i found and ran through WM - remembered to turn temp back down after
Ironed DD school dress on working surface so I wasn't tempted to do anymore and waste my electricity :rotfl:
logged my calories, day 8 ;)
Realised DD isn't off school on Friday (it's next next May :o) so may work instead to save my annual leave as I have so much on at the moment, reminds me, must speak to boss as my AL entitlement is 1 short

Right, I'm off to bed for some much needed kip. Purps.

Morning guys :) been up a while and just tried to cut the piping for my arch trellis and have realised I can't do it on my own! So just finishing my coffee before heading to the allotment for an hour :-)

    things to do today:

*[STRIKE] do some voluntary work - hopefully a couple of hours[/STRIKE] cancelled
*[STRIKE] load of washing and hang up[/STRIKE]
    * taking madam to the beach this morning and to ballet this afternoon
    * need to do a repair on madam's ballet shoes
    * will try to go and get euros changed back
    * on way home call in and pick something up from a house in the same town
    * need to sit down with oh and rework out what money has been spent the last few weeks as I've lost where we worked it out already
    * make the cakes
    * still need to vacuum & polish
    * feed plants/water seedlings/ pot on 4 plants (I potted on 4 aubergines yesterday when I was feeling overwhelmed with all the stuff I need to do over the next few weeks and I really felt productive and more in control. Often it's the small things :)potted on a tomato but need canes to do the others. Planted out cut and come again salad)
    * do an insurance comparison as our current one is about to end

Ok that's enough. Have a great day :)

    Morning all,
Early post from me as the sun's shining & I need to put in a good few hours in the garden. Today's plans:
*NSD, as have 'frozen' our current account till pay-day (Fri).
*Last of the slow cooker spicy pulled pork tonight in cobs with salad & home made fruity coleslaw.
    *Make tomorrow's packed lunch.
*Major broad bean maintenance as they need weeding, staking, feeding (free worm liquid) & re-netting.
    *Plant out french climbing beans.
    *Sow more radishes.
    *Water greenhouse veggies.
    *Continue hardening off tomato plants.
*Continue planting out summer bedding - all grown from free seeds.
*Peg out overnight laundry to dry for free.
*Use-it-up.....found a half-used tiny lipstick sample at back of bathroom cupboard so that can be today's application of loveliness.
So it's bum out of chair time & straight down to the veggie garden for me, I think.
Wishing you all a productive day.

Dig out house insurance renewal (thanks determined for reminder)
    Meals from stores
    Made packed lunches for smalls
Lots of leftover bits in a salad for me, hot drink for commute
    Water seedlings and plants later
Washing on, Will hang out in a minute
Double check next months budget tonight, get paid on Friday
    Run tonight, hoping for 7.5k
Use another manky kiwi in my breakfast, one to go ;)
Hug smalls extra tight before I go to work today

Sending love to all to rid this world of hate. Perps.

I also feel very humbled after the events in Manchester, my heart goes out to everyone.

Today I have a meeting this evening
    Take DD to the orthodontist
    More paperwork
Just about to start cat cleaning
Washing out if weather brightens, looks like it's going to chuck it down at the minute
Banking checked, last of the d.debits have gone out for the month.
Over budget this month with my grocery challenge, but have a good amount of food in to take me into June, just the cats to cater for

We'll that's about it from me, have a good day everyone x

Thoughts with those affected by the Manchester bombing :(

    My plans for today:
    Dog walks Done
Finish packing an ebay parcel Done
Finalise shopping list and go shopping Done
Check banks - didn't get to this yesterday due to euphoria on finishing tax returns :rotfl:Still to do
Got some lamb shanks out of the freezer as they had been in there ages. I will make a casserole with these, should be enough for at least 2 meals for both of us. Smells good!
Check for surveys A couple for onepoll. I will check again in a minute, as there are often some more late afternoon :)

There will be more, but I will have to come back later, as dog is clamouring for his walk :)

    Good Morning All

Such awful news from Manchester, thinking of all those caught up in the shocking event.

DS made me so proud last night, he was out cycling with his friends and one of them came off the bike badly, he rang the boys mum and an ambulance and then us to let us know he'd be late back, his poor friend was admitted and underwent surgery for a badly broken arm (2 places), he's quiet and feeling guilty but as we keep saying accidents happen. The sun's shining, so I'm going to sit and count my blessings later, today's plans:

Packed lunch for DH & DS - Done
Check Bank & make PAD - Done
    Mum's washing & line dry -
    RM Surveys -
    Continue purge on emails -
    Enter a few comps -
    All meals from cupboards/fridge/freezer -
Check: Lucky Phone, Ashleigh, Numberplatelotto, FPL -

    Have a great day all!

Morning everyone, feeling quite subdued today after hearing the terrible news in Manchester :( We have an office in Manchester and everyone was told to stay home and work from home.

Had a terrible nights sleep last night, I was clock watching all night. Then I was up at 6am and DD had to be at school for 7am this morning as she had to arrive extra early as she was effected by the exam clash so was on overnight supervision.
I got home after dropping her off an ended up spending £150 online! Although, have to say it was all items that were reduced and this was presents for DH's birthday and Fathers Day. I also ended up buying a maxi dress and cropped trousers from DP, again at reduced price.

Rest of the day looks like this:

    - Post parcels from Ebay - Done
    - Pop into Tesco's and get some small basket items - Done
    - Pop into B&M and get Ketchup and small bag of compost - Done
    - Fit in a home workout
    - Complete some surveys
    - Put £4 into the money jar to contribute to the £2 savers club - Done
    - Quick wash on and hang outside to dry - Done
    - Evening 3 mile walk before dinner

    Have a good day everyone
