    Latest update:

Received a letter from CCMCC saying:

The claim is suitable for small claims track and if I want to go down that route.

Is that a standard letter at this stage from CCMCC?

Are you not fllowing the guidance offered in post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread?

In particular, Bargepole's 'what happens when' post describes how to complete all stages in this process.

I thought I had been... where have I gone astray?

You’ll have to excuse my ineptitude in this matter

I have read through and followed the newbie thread but I can’t seem to find bargepole’s post - would you mind linking it so I can give it a read

Isn't the letter saying "The claim is suitable for small claims track" mentioned in Bargepole's 'what happens when' thread linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread?

It may not use those words, but surely you can recognise your form in Bargepole's post?

It's a few sentences below the heading:

IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT YOU MUST DO AND BY WHEN!

Look for the words 'bargepole' and 'what happens when'.
