Did this Claim Form come from the County Court Business Centre in Northampton?
...or did it come from the County Court Money Claims Centre in Salford?
  • we saw a case last year , the scum even chased him to scotland

Trethowan solicitors , will if necessary spend £0000 of TAXPAYERS money to win this case

unless you are VERY VERY sure you will win , considering you may be up against the best legal team "we" can afford , pay up now

do a deal , get the figure reduced , and pay up

THEN you and your colleagues vote with your feet , if you cannot park at work , then you are unable to continue working there , move on ,

They are claiming breach of contract and yes it is Trethowan's

I'd love to post the N1 letter - but it seems im not allowed.

Date of service on the letter is written as 10/12/18 although i only received the letter 5 days ago in the post!

redact it so no personal details or VRM or ref number are showing etc, host it on tinypic, add a dead URL in your reply and edit the HTTP to HXXP before you submit the reply

there is no "cant", only a "I dont know how to"

It is indeed from Northampton County Court.

I'm not sure what dead URLs and you're correct I don't know how to post pics. This is the closest I could get:

    I hope they're appropriate.

The post by Umkomaas was very useful in sending me to a site which is almost identical to mine and was successfully defended.

I've now emailed the trust asking for the data they currently hold

    Really?? That's a shame

It was through reading many forum posts that I thought this would be defendable. Especially seeing an identical case to mine successfully defended only a couple of months ago in this forum
  • in most cases on this forum we are dealing with parking Cos not privatised hospital parking , the parking Cos in most cases use the threat of court as a last result , and know that if there case gets to court , there costs will exceed the money they get

in your case Trethowan solicitors are funded by the general public , ie, the hospital pays their fees , and it is not unknown of for them to waste many thousands of taxpayers money to recoup £100-£200.

when looking at "simular cases" , check if those are the basic private parking Cos or are Trethowan solicitors

the CCMCC in Salford has sent these out because Trethowans the solicitors have done them manually, on paper (so not the more usual Northampton CCBC)

as mentioned above, not many private ones by solicitors reach this forum, its nearly always parking companies, so the devil is in the detail as MR CAT says above
  • lots of "assumptions" there , the vehicle was "driven by"

I presume this guessing is because the OP had there VRN registered with the hospital

Trethowan solicitors by getting info from the DVLA will only have been told the KEEPERS name and address , not the driver on the day

contact the DPO at the DVLA and find out when your details were accessed, if at all, and check how long after the incident date this happened

if it didnt happen, then TRETHOWANS have obtained data from ther trust and not followed procedures and defrauded the DVLA , lol

    I'll contact the DVLA now
when looking at "similar cases" , check if those are the basic private parking Cos or are Trethowan solicitors

The case in question is on this forum and is practically identical: staff member at Oxford, same breaches, same tickets, same court letter, same Trethowan etc.
