It is impossible for anyone here to advise you whether or not the bill is correct re your datssa usage. You can check the amount charged by working out how much excess you have used and multiplying that by the cost per Mb.

I do despair that with the monthly charges you have received that you didn't do any real checking yourself for a year.

So in the 10 years you've been paying between £63 and £83 each month in excess charges, and during which your minimum term contract would have ended at least 5 times, you've not once thought to query the charges, or increase your data allowance to cover the huge over-usage? You've wasted at least £7,500 if so.
I simply don't find this credible.
