    the OP has been asked several times if and when he got papers from NORTHAMPTON , all we seen to have is a posting several mths ago which was at a POPLa type stage , then questions several mths later ,

    the OP keeps going on about ". Lost in default " no defence ,, no defence at what stage , the PE appeal , the POPLa appeal OR no defence to papers from NORTHAMPTONSHIRE ,

    if it has got to the latter , then no court would have been alocated , so how would a court officer know whats happening

    To go from a POPLA code in March to court by May is unbelievably quick. If the OP answered a few questions it would help.
