I've got a feeling this hasn't been anywhere near court. The OP claimed to have a POPLA code in March.

I'm just surprised they haven't done whatever it is they do and wondered if there were timescales they had to adhere to.

As soon as I know it's been done I'll pay it.

If you get court papers why not either defend it or if that's too hard negotiate? Just because they ask for an amount it doesn't mean that's what you have to pay. They actually make a loss going to court. Parking Eye will often settle for £60.

Sadly I think the OPs first language is gibberish. Nothing they have said so far makes any sense whatsoever.

It's not easy giving advice when you have to guess what's been received and when. Despite being asked the OP has provided no details at all.

If we get some sensible answers we can help and if you don't understand the questions say so.

I don't need any more answers, especially from someone as condescending as you appear to be.

I'll keep calling the court every week or so to see when the CCJ is filed and then pay it. I'm not going to do so before that on the off-chance PE somehow let me slip through their admin net.

    This smells of a wind-up.

OP - if it isn't, please put up a timeline of what happened.

A lot of what you are saying does not ring true or is making sense, leaving us guessing exactly what you are asking. This is why you are getting some of the comments you consider "condescending" but are actually borne of frustration because you are not properly answering the questions you are being asked.

    Date of parking event?
Date you recieved court papers from Northampton County Court centre?

    have a nice day

You need to have a think about how you speak to people on places like this. I assure you that you wouldn't get away with saying that to my face. Typical keyboard warrior.

Of course it's not a wind up.

Several thousand posts on here over the years would support that idea.

If the court have confirmed to me that since March 16th (or thereabouts) that ParkingEye have the option of applying for a judgement against me doesn't that tell you where we're at with this?

No defence filed. Lost in default presumably though nothing received in the post about it since January. I had other things going on in my life that took precedence at the time and I put it out of mind. It's going to cost me £175 which is a little annoying but hardly life changing.

For about the fifth time what EXACTLY have you had? What you are describing bears no relation to the process for getting a ccj.

They have 6 years to file a claim. That's a heck of a long time to ring the courts every week for.
