Thank you Eager_Elephant.
I agree on the school work too. Both DS's Dad and I read with him every night anyway and we work on his spellings, but I really am finding the two quite involved projects a week too much. DS loses interest as there is just always something that needs doing too.
We never have any notice - we're lucky if we get a weekend to complete something!Mortgage @ 03/2019: £125,000, Now: £51,706.16

I had a terrible night of sleep last night, I was still awake at 2.30am with no sign of dropping off, so am shattered today.
A bit, although not all, of the business money has hit the account this morning, so I've left £100 for postage and transferred £29.95 to the savings which now stands at £749.95. Am aiming to make it up to £800 within the week, not sure how achievable this will be.
I looked into another line of interest for the business last night, but it will require an outlay of around £500 and I don't have that sort of money to invest now and I don't want to get back into debt. Back to the drawing board for now.
I've completed a couple more surveys, and am only 10 points away from the next voucher, so the next survey I do should gain me another amazon voucher. Still waiting for the last one to be credited though...Mortgage @ 03/2019: £125,000, Now: £51,706.16

I've ticked a few bits off the list since getting home from work.
I've dropped a parcel off at the collectplus store just up the road - it's the old virgin hub etc., so all has been returned for free.
DS and I have (finally) finished his project. I'm praying the glue dries before tomorrow...
I've completed the second part of the divorce paperwork and got it ready for posting, alongside some cards for a family anniversary coming up.
DS has been fed, OH is coming over later for some food, so our dinner is prepped and in the oven.
I received one of the £5 vouchers this afternoon so I've credited that to my account. When the last one turns up I'll have just over £27 on account, so a nice amount is building up teards OH's Christmas present.
I've received a couple more orders this afternoon. I will try and make those tonight so I can post them with the bulk I'm sending off tomorrow. I should be able to send a bit more over the savings shortly from those.Mortgage @ 03/2019: £125,000, Now: £51,706.16

Some good news this morning, had an email from my electricty/gas supplier to say they owe me a refund of £183.28 and it will be paid by Monday. :j That will top my savings pot back up nicely. My monthly direct debit will also be reducing by £6 a month from next month.
I've had some more orders overnight which will enable me to add at least another £150 to the savings too when it hits the bank accout. This should then mean I have enough for the bathroom work to be carried out and I'll be back into saving for the car insurance, house insurance and MOT all needed very soon.I've transferred £19.12 over to the savings this morning, I'm wary about leaving enough to cover the postage as it will be a lot this time as I have lots to post. Savings now at £783.91.
The cheque I paid in last week has finally cleared and everything is covered in YNAB. I only have £13 left in the account for everything else once the last few bills are paid, but it's payday on Wednesday, the car is full of fuel and the fridge and cupboards are stocked. I'm challenging myself to make that last until Wednesday.
A colleague has repaid me £5 today too, so I have around £7 in my purse now for milk and little bits and pieces.
Oh, and the glue dried, DS proudly carried his model to school, only to stand next to a (6 year old, I add) kid in the queue with a highly detailed working model of a combine harvester, complete with rotating 'corn'... !!!!!!. :rotfl:Mortgage @ 03/2019: £125,000, Now: £51,706.16

Tided the account and sent a little payment of £3.13 to the savings, bringing it up to £787.04. £187.96 needed to get it back up to the first target of £975, then anything else added on top goes towards the insurances & MOT.
I've had a really upsetting morning. Won't go into details, but spent a good hour hiding behind my computer screen, trying to contain the tears.I wish life was easier sometimes, so tired with the constant battle of dealing with everything and everyone from all angles all at the same time, on my own. Feel like I'm contsantly treading water, would love to be able to float for a while!!:rotfl:
Anyway, no point moaning I guess, that's the way it is. Just need to pull my big girl pants up and get on with it.Mortgage @ 03/2019: £125,000, Now: £51,706.16
