and you do realise you cannot just email it ?

it needs to be printed , signed and dated , scanned back to pc and saved as a pdf

then it is emailed to the NEW email address for the CCBC as an attachment , with the MCOL REF and NAME added to the email header and into the main body of the email (add reference , name and address into the email itself)

so as a pdf attachment which is a signed and dated document

excellent , now read up on what happens next , the DQ stage , so its not a surprise when it comes, plus you will know what to do with it having studied the posts by BARGEPOLE and by LOC123 too

Hi all ,

So I!!!8217;ve recieved the DQ. I!!!8217;ve have studied the post by Bargepole and I have one question in regards to sending a copy of the DQ to the other side- please see below:

You must complete this by the date given, and send it back to Northampton, with a copy to the other side (or their solicitors if they've nominated one as the address for service).


Am I to send a copy to Civil enforcements ltd who issued the pcn?

The other side is the Claimant listed on your Claim Form.
