I can see them, but normally you put them on a hosting site like this:

    https://postimage.io/

and post the code they give you.

I posted pics, don't see them now.
How do you post a pic thats on your computer? Perhaps I am doing it wrong!

I can see them fine ...

EDIT - I see you have edited your original text.
For folks like me, who only start reading from where we left off last time, I only stumbled across that by accident.

A reply after the questions asked would have been easier to follow IMHO :)

You don't need a flat roof. You need more light. As above, eother more Velux windows or just regular windows.

As for insurance, I have a flat roof over the utility room. When looking for insurance quotes, the percentage of flat roof of the total was more important.

Yes, 2 or 3 velux along the ceiling is what we were originally thinking til husband said he wanted 'wow factor'!

well, you'd get the wow factor right enough, people would be walking in saying "wow, why the ... have you changed a pitched roof into a flat one?!"

you would also have to take the windows out of the flat roof, skylights in a flat roof are a mare for leaking problems.

This has got to be one of the least well thought out ideas that I've seen on this forum.

Was husband thinking about a large skylight in a flat roof? That would let lots of light in. No idea about practicalities.
