Umkomaas...got the letters today. I might have stressed over nothing...yet. One letter was from Tim Hawker (Wright Hassall) saying he's not going to correspond with me via email since I've not confirm my details! And I have until June to pay up my debt. And the other is from ZZPS stating I have another outstanding debt! Ugh...right, will take all your good advice and wait for the proper legal claim to arrive and ignore the rest.

Well done Tim Hawker, you are demonstrating how unprofessional
    Wright Hassall is..

I don't think we've seen WH take any case as far as a court hearing. Not sure we've ever seen any 'serious' stuff from them. They just rely on the word 'Solicitors' on their letterhead to scare the sh*t out of the fragile, naive, vulnerable and easily intimidated. They hide behind Tim Hawker who is conducting a role no different to DRP, Zenith, ZZPS, and any other bottom-feeding debt collector.

Working in a sol's office doesn't mean you're any better than the rest of them!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Another poster has mentioned the name Tim Hawker on a different solicitor letter-heading. All just debt collector drivel.

This is the letter I received from Tim Hawker:

With reference to a recent email correspondence received from ********, the contents of which have been duly noted.
Unfortunately, we were unable to respond to this email, without confirming few security details. If you wish to correspond with us by email, please ensure you state your full details as on the top left of this letter in your email or include a copy of this letter.
However, in response to the comments raised in the email, we can confirm we are unable to consider your disputes/appeal. We are only instructed to recover the above balance and take further actions, should non-payment continue.
Our clients have reasonable cause to believe the parking event on the day breached their parking terms and conditions and that this PCN has been issued correctly. They have also confirmed to us that their initial notice was ignored, as no appeal or payment was received within the correct timeframe.
In light of the above, we will place all our actions on hold until 14th June 2017 to allow time for payment, before we proceed to commence further actions.
Please see below our payment methods we have enclosed for your convenience.

So, CEL, ZZPS and Wright Hassall is still sending me letters and have got another 'formal letter of claim' through the mail on 26th June. Is the advice still to ignore this letter? Many thanks.

The words you are looking for is Letter before Claim

Still sounds like Wright Hassall pimping out their letterhead to ZZPS

Have you read this where CEL had to pay £900 to the motorist for a data breach and this was a Wright Hassall case

Not only did they lose but the judge said

"he was disappointed in the claimant bringing an unfounded case, and in the behaviour of Wright Hassall who were otherwise a respectable law firm."

Wright Hassall could go that road again especially if they act for CEL ????

Motorist awarded £900 for data protection breach by parking company
D6GM2199 CEL v Mr B, Bury County Court, before DJ Osborne

You will note that there is no mention of ZZPS and that's because they have no part to play as they are simply useless debt collectors with zero power
