excellent news , let us know more when you can do so later
and which idiot PPC lost this time ?
I assume it was a gladstones case ? in which case the idiot PPC was "gladstoned" as usual0 -
Hi all, the short version is - the claim was dismissed and I was awarded £95 costs. Just enjoying a Spoons breakfast and a pint of ale. Its 5 o'clock somewhere, right?
After the pint and a bit of celebratory down time, it would be great if you could write up a court report (from arriving at the court to arriving at the 'spoons) including what you did, what happened, who the PPCs advocate was, who the judge was, what was said by whom and how the decision came about. All this is very helpful to the next person who comes onto this forum.
And to make this even better, assuming the PPC had an advocate this has cost them hundreds of £'s plus in court, Gladrags and advocate fees and they now have to pay you £95 on top for the privilege ...0 -
I love this ....Sadly due to my own lack of preparedness / time, I have been unable to research a defence to the substantive claim, however after non-appearance of claimant and RoA, my next line of defence is that due to the claimant's non-compliance at various stages I have been denied a fair right to defend the claim. Fingers crossed...
3 hours and 23 minutes later (including travel time, waiting time, court time and the time taken to get to the local Wetherspoons place and receive an order) ....

Great news. Look forward to the feedback. Well done! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Fantastic MA61, well done!
And well done again for getting costs. If they don't pay, hit them again with a warrant of control!
