Why oh why you reply, does it put you to the end of the thread?

What is the point? Not as if you are gonna make another post as you have just made one. Really you should be back were you were or on the post after the post you replied to.

I estimate fixing this could save 10,000 lives and 20 mega-tonnes of CO2.

    Not a fix needed, just an operator adjustment ...

    I so agree with this.
    I find it really annoying that people reply in haste to a post without reading the rest of the thread.

    The exception to this is if someone apologises for not having read all the thread and why, before posting their reply.
