Great, thanks for the link, sounds identical to my case.
Should I admit to seeing the sign after receiving the PCN or just feign ignorance to why I have received it?0 -
No reaosn to not say it - it supports that ther eis confusing signage
It cant say one thing in one part of the car park, something else in another.0 -
Great, thanks0

I deleted it as I quickly realised it had too many details in it, it was just the front page with SIP's rep statement0

If you compare your para 8 and 9 in your WS with their para 9 in their WS, it would appear you have made their case for them. Did your WS go in?
You will have to focus on the point in your #9 that the difference in pricing was not made clear in their signs and had it been you would have gone elsewhere.
Add that the differences in pricing as so marked that such a difference should have been up to the standard of clarity shown in the ParkingEye v Beavis case and not hidden away in small print.
It is now down to how honest you appear to be on the day. Work with the DJ on this one. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Yes i posted it yesterday. I had already made that point in my original defence.
I am aware that I will be relying on signage. Hopefully the DJ will agree.0 -
Does anybody have any suggestions how else I could find out who the landowner is. I have done the Land Registry search and also Council Planning search but no joy. Claimant has sent contract which states that they are the landowner but it looks a bit suspect!0
