Is your DD supposed to be taken monthly or every 3 months?
What were the last 3 dates the DD was taken?
If NPower have not collected the DD for whatever reason (and you are 100% the error lies at their end), then you will need to seek legal advice ASAP with regards to getting a solicitor to write to their legal dept to get the adverse data removed from your files (you will need to check all 3) and also in getting some compensation. This is not a joke especially if you are looking to apply for a mortgage relatively soon, and you need to act NOW because the whole process can take a long time.
