I feel such a failure. Don't iron sheets, towels, tea towels, socks, etc. Still, better than my lovely neighbour who refuses to iron anything if she can get away with it,

Ahh don't be feeling like that. I hate it! I wish I could just leave it half the time :o

I think my ironing sheets stems from having a grandmother who did so and working cleaning holiday cottages. The sheets have to be ironed for the cottages!

I hate ironing ever since one time when I accidentally ironed my arm... I try to avoid it wherever possible nowadays! I do love the feeling of ironed sheets but I never do it :o

I must be your lovely neighbour as I don't iron anything:rotfl:

Very occasionally I might need to iron a work top but I tend to buy ones that don't need ironing.
DH used to iron his own work shirts if they needed it but most didn't as they were hung to dry or hung as soon as dry on the line.

DD has school shirts but I paid £13 each for oxford style that don't need ironing:T

    I am a sloven and I don't care:rotfl:
  • I hate ironing and try to avoid it at all costs. DH tends to do it as he does his own shirts.

Hope you're feeling better today HI? x

No new cooker :( and their engineer has been and disconnected mine  So no idea what they are going to do in the meantime

Apparently it isn't in stock, despite the engineer saying it was coming at 9am

But that means I can get on to the doctor now and go down to the council tax advice place too!

Hidden sounds like you've been productive despite being poorly..

I'm awful at ironing and tend to make more creases then when I started. I just can't seem to master it.

Although I did kondo a heck of alot of clothes and one point and was impressed with how pretty they looked. Maybe I should add that to my to do list.

    How are you feeling today?

That's frustrating about your cooker :(

Considering the tax credits where cut so much and I've had to add in school trips etc it isn't as bad as I thought, it doesn't include OH spending though.

We haven't been paying friend, or relatives, this is obviously where OH spending comes into play.

    Looking good :)

The main problem is keeping OH's spends in check.

Fingers crossed July is a good month for you!
