Hidden , The Fun house is where we go pendelbury so you would need the bus. Also playkidds swinton , but prefer the layout of the other one and more suited to your eldest.

I've made my plans slightly smaller, removed the Xmas plans for now I won't be getting anything for Xmas until the bills are caught up. This isn't an issue I get a payment in Dec that will cover Xmas without pushing my budget too much.

    Unbudgeted spends
    School trousers DS £5
    Worry Monster £8 (amazon vouchers)
    Handwriting books £7.50 (amazon vouchers)
  • I am so tired!

Went to Mr T to collect youngest coat, got DD and DS theirs while there with money exoh sent towards v!rgin. Glad the coats are sorted now. Still no gloves though

Got DD some jumpers from ebay, 3 for £5 delivered can't complain. Might pop into Pr!mark this week and pick up leggings/tights from there, along with some socks. Then she is sorted again.

DD had an amazing time at the party and has now declared she wants Build a bear clothes from santa  Might keep an eye on eBay for some? Not sure it doesn't really fit within the list and I don't like doing extras :o

Feeling a bit more organised but I have a crazy busy week this week even with 3 days of work (Friday is inset day Weds/Thurs I'm off with youngest)

It's going to take some planning I cannot be late for anything it makes me want to cry :rotfl:
  • Great that you've got most of DD's wardrobe sorted :)

I hate being late too

    Mortgage-free Glee!
Hi hidden great news on all your bargains. Shocked at the teacher saying that. Appalling.

I work with teenagers, but when I’m working with younger kids every now and again I like the blob tree got starting off talks about feelings and emotions. Also like doing things with positive affirmations, write them on stones and put in a bag for example, and also I can statements put in a jar work well.

Think you’ve got the better idea though, your love and time! You are a great mum. Never feel you are not.
    15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

  • Oh I will 'pinch' those ideas too EG Thank you x I do think she has been feeling left out and I need to make sure I'm sharing myself a bit more equally. She is so good you don't know you've got her. So it's easy to be dealing with youngest and DS who is very loud and before you know it, it's bedtime. Going to be more mindful of this.

Youngest has chosen Blue Thomas PJ's and a Thomas book for Tuesday's nursery event. DS decided to say they were for 'boys' So now she thinks everyone will laugh  Anyway I told her only the best like Thomas :rotfl: and DS wanted them himself :p She seems happy enough for now. Which reminds me I really need to find some grey leggings/joggers smaller than her school logo ones. I refuse to send her in them again this week :o She has the smallest size and they are huge! and she's by no mean small! But they where falling down so much she was quite upset :o :rotfl: I have some I think of DD's that aren't logo but she wears because she still has the same issue in year 2 :rotfl:

  • Okay a slight panic today in that youngests carseat won't be here for Friday. Neither will a refund if I cancel.

I'm trying to find someone I can borrow one from however no one seems to have a carseat only booster seats! :o

I really don't want to have to ask mum to purchase a new seat until I get a refund on the first or really have to ask her to do anything to be honest. Have checked the local selling groups along with ebay and nothing in collecting distance :(

Might have to pay to cash my cheque from populus along with some other bits in the account and try and scrape enough to get one. Stress!

I would advise following the selling sites but don't react straight away - often these people say they won't deliver until x date and the next thing, there it is!

I ordered a couple of drill bits (for ceramic and glass) yesterday and they were supposed to take a week but they have already been packed and despatched - sometimes the supplier wants to keep their warehouse people busy so they just do it early.
