OP I ordered something from you 2 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. So I'm going to get Interpol to shut you down. However if you put £100 in used fivers in a brown envelope and put it behind the cistern in the 4th cubicle in the gents at Victoria station, I may decide to forget the matter.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

Its £12, even the most stringent official isn't going to give two hoots about a £12 civil dispute. I mean really?!

Come on, if it looks like a scam, and sounds like a scam....

The FBI were on the point of locking the OP up for major fraud but then the boss of the FBI was sacked, so the case has been suspended.

    Sounds like a chancer.
I would call his bluff and tell him you're thinking of contacting the police/Action Fraud yourself

Why are you worried? What do you think he is going to report? The loss he hasn't suffered since you've refunded him?

That guy probably suffered from mental health issues, paranoia and/or delusion. You don't have to care about your customers, you have to act business like, which you've done since you've re-sent and refunded. Unless your business is dodgy, which I doubt you would be posting here if it was, what have you got to worry about?

Please don't confuse mental health issues with being a d*ckhead. It's pretty ignorant.
