    Evening all

Welcomes to the newbies, Hi to the returners, hugs to all with poorly ones and big hugs to Poohbear for your loss, cheers to everyone else for your successes.

No flying done at all today. Came home from work so had cuppa with OH before he went to work. Got tea ready and washed up, and fed up with the kids moaning everytime I ask them to do anything I decided to come to bed and leave them to it :D . Have been here in my pj's catching up since 7.40 - thats a first since I was about 8 yr old ! Oh DD just been up with a letter for me, must be feeling guilty about not doing stuff like learning her Tae Kwon Do theory for her grading THIS SUNDAY  . £23 a time they cost, cant afford for her to fail and she's had 6 months to learn it. Shut up ranting Kaz.

OK so why was I going to post. You still looking for a coat for DD Pigpen, as I have had an offer from Vertbaudet (as not used for a while) for 40% off 1st item and 30% off rest of order and not sure if anyone can use same code which I'll post later.

Right off to meal plan rest of week as usually done it by Saturday.
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

Had a manic day - lots of things went wrong this morning before work when i could really have done with being in early, but i got there in the end and haven't had a bad day in the end.

DH has been a star all day, and i haven't felt too rough, although i do look a bit spotty and peaky.

Oh, and had the 1st kid directly ask me if i was pregnant, and y9 managed to get a lesson on the skeleton and movement into women giving birth and bones needing to move apart. I'm only just 8 weeks and already look very fat obviously. ;)

poohbear sorry to hear your awful news. hope you are feeling ok.

think i will opt out of the xmas cards as i don't like to send too many because of the time it takes and i am always poopered at that stage of the year after a hard term. We don't even send them at work, as we have a system where you post one on a noticeboard at school, and then give a donation to the local childrens hospice of the money you would have spent on the card. fits in with everyone's busy lifestyles. Much as i love you all :D

Just a quick update on the postal strike for those of you who are interested.

You'll get post on Thursday and anything posted will be collected but won't go anywhere. Then forget about the rest of the week until the following Wednesday when you should have post again and normal services will resume until the next time!

Scaredy.. Lil_me is moving house so I'm in for the time being! She is fine!!!

You get post on Thursday as well Juliejim.. they are striking from lunchtime Thursday to lunch time Saturday.. Stupid and a waste of time really.. they have independant staff coming in in most busy areas to keep things running so though you won't get post until the following Thursday it will get sorted so you'll get it all at once.. daft posties will have a weeks worth of letters and parcels to deliver instead of just one day..

Ok today went well although I worked hard all day to catch up until kids pick up at 3pm. Did so much laundry washed, dried ironed and put away I won't have any tomorrow. Wanted to get to the gym but even more wanted to achieve a lot in the home today. Did almost everything on the list + kept flylady happy too. Tomorrow I work all through Tuesday night until 6.30am Wednesday so will take it easier and I do want to make it to the gym too.

October is Focus on Paperwork which is just what I needed it is starting to rapidly get out of hand and take over. I am starting to panic again that I have forgotten to do things on time or lost them. I know that there are also things filed that can now be binned. I really must take myself in hand over the magazines too. Going to force myself to read a few and chuck a heap. I need to get to bed so as to face tomorrow and be able to achieve a good deal of what I would like to.

Also erand day may pop out to the bank if weather OK although it isn't urgent if I can't.

Looking forward to getting stuck in again.
