Exactly. My mobile's call register also logs calls made, recevied and missed. Just for the safe side.

No they have both my emails and are to cc both addresses into any correspondance.

I have both work and personal open all day every day.. And no nothing in spam/junk or clutters as been double checking all day..

And no missed calls either all day

I use both emails and mobile and landline all day every day..

So I dont miss a thing as I am answering queries

That's exactly the sort of lie I tell at work when I've forgotten to pass a message on and someone is chasing something up.
Not necessarily a deliberate omission, they may have just had a busy afternoon yesterday and the message got lost, so they're trying to cover their backs.
I bet they'll call you this afternoon about the prospective viewer - but if they don't, I'd start looking for a new agent.
