  • I have just bought a DeLonghi combi microwave oven. I baked last night using the convection function. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my soggy bottomed pies! :/ The pastry was good on top, crisp and evenly cooked but not cooked at all on the bottom.
I used a metal pie plate and cooked it on the glass turntable - which I thought might have been the cause. However the problem still occurred when I used the metal tray supplied.
    Any help/advice would be appreciated.
