    Never thought of looking on dot gov did I!
    No mention of jump leads on the tool list so we will risk it with some old (cheap) ones.
    The car is an auto that we are collecting for a tour, so himself wanted the leads.

    Errrrrr......you can buy jump leads in other countries you know.
    Did you also know that with some modern cars jump leads cannot be used ??
